Saints Finals Success

The Bridge Hotel Smithton Saints U17 side faced off against the Burnie Baptists at home for the second consecutive year in what promised to be a fast paced and skilful game, and it didn’t disappoint. The Saints, only losing one game the entire season, came out full of confidence knowing that the hard work they’ve put in all year and them sticking to their game plan would allow things to go their way. Right from the first whistle, both teams showed their skills at either end of the field with play moving end to end before the young Saints were able to force a short corner and Brayden Hine was able to jump on an opportunity and skilfully move into the circle to get a shot off and find the back of the net.
