The Circular Head Heritage Centre, located at the Duck River Pavilion, have recently set up a new exhibition, titled, “Pioneering Women of Circular Head.” The display showcases early European settlement, prior to creating the community that we share today.
As visitors take a stroll down memory lane, the exhibit begins with discussing the importance of reusing, as opposed to recycling.
Heritage Centre’s, Elayne Blake said, “Because people were poor, they reused everything. They didn’t recycle as such, they reused as much as possible.”
