Billy Popowski is the owner operator of the recent Circular Head business, Popowski Softwash and Exterior Cleaning.  Billy saw a need for a specialist exterior cleaning service in both dairies and commercial buildings and started his business in 2023.

More than just a man armed with a pressure cleaner, Billy has explored products that rid a surface of algae, lichen and other organic matter that plagues our roofs, fences, walls and concrete. The process is called softwashing and not only does it prevent further organic matter from growing, it prevents paint from being stripped from surfaces. 

“Softwashing is unlike traditional high-pressure washing that can strip paint and damage siding.  Our softwashing technique uses low pressure combined with specialised cleansers to thoroughly clean your exterior with longer lasting results”.

Billy has also seen an increase in demand from farmers for his skills and application in the dairy shed. Milk residue builds up from the platform and causes slippery surfaces and this in turn can be a safety issue for workers. No wall is too high for Billy to clean as well as railings, silos, and under the platform in readiness for service technicians. Bore stain removal is another one of his business specialties. 

The before and after photos speak for themselves and the completion of a job is one of extreme satisfaction for Billy. The business prides itself on doing an absolute thorough job and the results are impressive.
